Thank you for taking the first step towards enrolling your ward in Royal Diadem School.
Admissions are currently open for all our classes - up to JHS 1.
Please apply to our crèche, pre-K1 (Nursery 1) and pre-K2 (Nursery 2) following instructions further below.
Please use the Register your Interest section for Kindergarten 1 to JHS 1 applicants.

Please read the information outlined below in order to apply for enrolment of your ward. It is advised to apply early as demand for admission is high.

Application Process

Note: You will need a Gmail account sign in to access the forms.

• Provide the correct information in the forms provided as we are unable to process forms with incorrect details.
• Submit one form per applicant (student). Do not make multiple submissions for the same applicant as it will all count as one.
• To apply for more than one student, please fill a form for each of them.
• Once you submit the forms correctly, we will be in touch with you if your ward meets our requirements.
• If you register your interest for the classes we are currently not accepting admissions for, we will contact you once there are vacancies.

Crèche Enrolment:
This form is for crèche prospective students for the 2025/2026 academic year. Please be informed that your child must be a minimum of 1 year old and not more than 2 years old by December 2025 to qualify for admission to our crèche.
Please do not proceed if your ward does not meet these criteria.

This form requests information about your ward and family details.

Requirements:

• Scanned copy of your ward's weighing card.
• Scanned copy of your ward's birth certificate.
• Scanned copy of your residence permit (for non-Ghanaian nationals).

Pre-K1 (Nursery 1) Enrolment:
This form is for Pre-Kindergarten 1 prospective students for the 2025/2026 academic year. Please be informed that your child must be a minimum of 2 years old and not more than 3 years old by December 2025 to qualify for admission to this class.

Register your Interest

This section applies to persons looking for admission for our Kindergarten, Primary and JHS 1 classes.

Please register your interest and we will be in touch with you for an entrance examination within 2 weeks. Do not hesitate to reach us if we do not get in touch with you 2 weeks after registering your interest.
