Louis Yeboah Nortey Executive Director
My wife and I are committed to developing all-round life-long learners who have the disposition to successfully make transformations in our ever-changing world. With very humble beginnings, little did we know that an empty garage with fifteen pupils would turn out to be a nursery, primary and junior high school departments, providing education and employment.
We are grateful to all the parents and guardians who had confidence in our little idea which has sprung up to become what we are today. We guarantee that every time a child is enrolled in our school, the experience will be a lasting one for both the student and guardian. We look into the future with hope and anticipation that our pupils will challenge and positively influence their generation and beyond.
Margaret Nortey Director of Human Resources
I am extremely proud to lead our team of staff and students into the future where high quality standards and outcomes are pursued. Ever since the opening of our school, we have seen the school grow steadily due to our commitment to excellence and a determination to succeed as expressed in our motto. Led by myself, the administration strives to provide cost-effective world class education and to raise outstanding future generational leaders by riding on our mission. We aim to achieve this through the effective use of state-of-the-art technology and modern pedagogical approaches in addition to a rich moral instruction which reflects our Christian values. Twenty-seven years on, I am proud and excited that we have made tremendous progress in achieving this vision. Many of our past students are currently studying in, or graduated from top senior high schools and universities inside and outside of the country. With all these achievements, there is the tendency of becoming complacent, yet we are not entertaining any ideas of resting on our laurels. We keep making the conscious effort to constantly strive to improve on our previous best.
My aim is for students to thoroughly enjoy their experience when they come into our hands. Together with the entire Royal Diadem community, we look forward to a positive future, great collective achievement and working together in partnership to achieve our goals.
Nicholas Amevor Academic Head
I assumed the position of academic head in 2006. With the support of my teacher colleagues and management, I do my best to discharge my duties diligently - putting the school on a high pedestal in the Ga-East Municipality when it comes to producing the best BECE results, among others.
A team player as I am, my staff are always rallied to put in their best effort, not only for the betterment of the students, but also for themselves and the school as a whole. One of my favorite sayings to students and staff is 'brighten the corner where you are'.
Esther Naa Norley Nortey Administrator
We are a school committed to providing excellent educational services to all and sundry regardless of race, culture, gender and religion. Being part of a highly proactive administration, I am mandated to assist the directors and academic head in providing a safe and productive environment for all students, employees and visitors. My responsibility is generally ensuring the smooth and effective running of the school by coordinating and supervising the day to day activities. I can confidently say that since the establishment of the school, we have always excelled in providing a safe and secure academic environment for all students. I have unflinching faith that whoever joins Royal Diadem School will most definitely find himself/herself in the most congenial academic environment ever imagined. Together with my staff and all involved in managing the students we have, we would continually work together to keep our evolving curriculum and programs in line with changing world demands in order to prepare our students for the future ahead of them.
Since communication is one major key to a successful school, my doors and ears are always open to everyone. If you have particular questions or concerns, feel free to speak to me and I'd be happy to assist you in my best capacity or refer you to whoever I think can handle your query best. I am convinced that if we continue to work together, we can ensure that we reach our goal of becoming the highest achieving school in the country.
Daniel Ackah PTA Chairperson
Educating our children is imperative to prepare them to inherit the world - but this is not just the job of teachers and the school administrators. To a large extent, the PTA, which I chair at the moment, is a handy partner of the school to support its educational goal and motto of commitment to excellence.
Royal Diadem School has an objective to nurture the child in all aspects of development. To support this objective, the PTA focuses on arranging activities and programs that raise pupils' sense of moral and social responsibility, helping them realize their full potential and their responsibility towards the community in which they live.
The PTA serves as an important platform to provide an effective two-way communication between the school and parents. I, together with the PTA, will continue to strive to further increase and improve this communication network to facilitate a better learning environment for our children. Our willingness to take an active part in PTA activities is a vital component of our children's future success.
