Official Means of Communication

In order to meet the academic and administrative needs of the Royal Diadem School (RDS) community, the school has established email as an official and primary means of communication to all of its students and parents enrolled in RDS. Secondary means of communication to parents and students will be via the school's website.

Effective July 10 2020, all other means of internal and external communication including social media platforms such as WhatsApp are unofficial and RDS does not accept any responsibility for information conveyed from there henceforth. Official assigned email accounts have been created for all current students in the st.rds.edu.gh domain. Parents are to provide their email addresses using this link to help us update our records with parents' latest email account information. In the absence of an update, RDS will resort to sending the information to the student's email account and expect that parents are duly updated with the relevant information.

All general official announcements from the school management will be from the RDS announcements account announcements@rds.edu.gh Announcements pertaining to specific departments will be sent by the department email accounts in the @rds.edu.gh domain. RDS expects that such communication will be received and read in a timely fashion by both parents and students.
